About Muhafiz Pest Solutions

Muhafiz means protector. Since the late 1990s, that is exactly what we have been for homes and businesses in Lahore: the team people call when pests threaten their property, their health, or their business.

A Lahore company, built on 25 years of house calls

Muhafiz Pest Solutions (Pvt.) Ltd started in Lahore in the late 1990s with a simple idea: pest control should solve the problem, not just spray and leave. More than 25 years later, we have treated thousands of homes and commercial properties across Punjab, and we still work from our office in Faisal Town.

Over those years our technicians have seen almost everything Lahore’s climate produces. Termites working silently through door frames in DHA bungalows. Cockroaches in busy Gulberg restaurant kitchens. Bed bugs in Model Town apartments. Rats in Johar Town warehouses. Each job taught us something, and that experience is why we can usually identify a problem within minutes of arriving.

What has not changed is how we work. We inspect before we treat, we use approved chemicals in the right places, and we come back until the problem is gone.

We inspect before we treat

Every job starts with a free inspection of kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, storage, walls, ceilings, gardens, and entry points. We identify the species, how serious it is, and where it comes from before any chemical is used.

The right chemical, in the right place

We use WHO-approved and EPA-registered products. Gel baits go into targeted spots instead of being sprayed everywhere, and our termite treatments are odor-free.

Honest, written pricing

You get a written quote covering treatment, chemicals, labor, and follow-up before any work begins. No surprise charges. Our price ranges are published openly on our pricing page.

A warranty in writing

Termite treatment comes with a 5 to 10 year written guarantee. General pest control includes a follow-up visit. If pests return during warranty, we re-treat at no extra cost.

We follow up until it is gone

Pests often return when the source is not fully removed or entry points stay open. We schedule follow-up visits, seal entry points, and keep going until the problem is solved.

Safety comes first, for your family and ours

A protector should never become a risk. That is why every product we use is WHO-approved and EPA-registered, and why our technicians apply only what the job needs, where it needs to go.

Before we start, we ask about children, pets, and anyone with sensitivities. We tell you the re-entry time for treated areas, usually 30 minutes to 2 hours, and whether you need to leave at all. For general spray you can stay at home; for fumigation, the property is vacated for 4 to 8 hours.
