General questions

For most Lahore homes, pest control every 3 to 6 months provides effective protection. During dengue season (July to November), monthly mosquito treatment is recommended. Restaurants and food businesses usually need monthly service, and other commercial properties benefit from monthly or quarterly contracts.

Yes. Every treatment begins with a free site inspection lasting 20 to 45 minutes, with no charge or obligation. The technician identifies the pest species, assesses how severe the problem is, locates entry points, and recommends the right treatment.

For general pest control spray, you do not need to leave. For fumigation, the property must be vacated for 4 to 8 hours. For bed bug heat treatment, the room being treated should be emptied. Our technician will tell you what is required before work begins.

Pests return when the source was not fully eliminated, entry points remain open, or conditions keep attracting them. In apartments, shared walls let pests move between units. Regular maintenance treatment and sealing entry points are the most effective long-term solutions.

Yes. Termite treatment includes a 5 to 10 year written guarantee. General pest control includes a follow-up visit within 14 to 30 days. If pests return during warranty, we re-treat at no extra cost. Warranty terms are included in your written quote.

Prices and quotes

General pest control costs PKR 3,500 to 6,500 for a 1-2 room apartment, PKR 4,500 to 8,500 for a 3-5 marla house, and PKR 9,500 to 16,000 for a 1-kanal house. Termite treatment ranges from PKR 4,500 for a small apartment to PKR 95,000 for a 2-kanal house. See the full 2026 price guide.

Yes. The inspection is free and carries no obligation. You receive a written quote before any work starts.

Your written quote covers treatment, chemicals, labor, and follow-up. There are no surprise charges. We also offer flexible payment options for larger projects.

Seven things decide your price: the type of pest, property size, how severe the infestation is, the treatment method, construction type, access to the area, and how often you need treatment. Termite treatment, for example, costs more because it needs drilling and more chemicals.

Per visit, yes. Annual and monthly contracts spread the cost across several visits and stop pests from building up again. A termite annual maintenance contract costs PKR 30,000 to 75,000 depending on property size.

Safety

Yes, when applied by trained professionals using approved chemicals. We use WHO-approved products that are safe for families when label instructions are followed. Keep children and pets away from treated areas until the re-entry time (usually 30 minutes to 2 hours), and tell our technician about any pets or sensitivities.

We use WHO-approved and EPA-registered products. Termite treatments are odor-free. Cockroach gel baits are placed in targeted spots rather than sprayed everywhere, which means less chemical in your living space.

For bed bugs, yes. Steam treatment is a chemical-free option, and heat treatment works in a single visit for severe cases. For fleas we use pet-safe spray and steam. More about bed bug treatment.

Yes. For schools we use safe methods and child-safe chemicals, scheduled during breaks. For hospitals and clinics we follow strict hygiene-compliant methods with minimal disruption to operations. See schools and hospitals.

Professional termite treatment protects for 5 to 10 years depending on treatment type, chemicals, and property conditions. Pre-construction treatment with imported chemicals lasts longer. Annual inspections are recommended, and our written warranty covers re-treatment if termites return.

Pre-construction soil treatment costs PKR 8,500 to 10,000 for a 5-marla plot. Post-construction treatment costs PKR 9,000 to 10,000 for a 5-marla house and PKR 13,500 to 16,500 for a 10-marla house. Wood furniture treatment costs PKR 2,000 to 8,000 per piece. See all termite prices.

Termites feed silently on wood, furniture, door frames, and structural elements. By the time damage is visible, the infestation may have been active for months. Look for hollow-sounding wood, damaged door frames, and swarming activity after the first monsoon rain. A free inspection is the surest way to know.

Termites become active in April. Treatment is best scheduled after the first heavy monsoon rain, when swarming reveals colony locations. A post-monsoon survey in October is also recommended, when damage becomes visible.

Yes, if you can. Pre-construction treatment puts a chemical barrier in the soil before building. It costs less than post-construction treatment because no drilling is needed, and it lasts longer.

A single treatment sharply reduces cockroach activity, but complete elimination usually needs 1 to 2 follow-up treatments. Gel baits work over 7 to 14 days as they are carried back to the colony, so we schedule a follow-up visit 14 days after the first treatment.

Results are visible within 24 to 48 hours. Complete elimination takes 1 to 2 weeks with follow-up.

March and April, before populations peak in the hot months. Cockroaches start emerging in March and peak in April and May.

Cockroaches carry Salmonella and E. coli, contaminate food, and trigger allergies and asthma. German cockroaches are the most problematic species in Lahore homes and restaurants.

A single female bed bug can lay 200 to 500 eggs, which turns a minor problem into a serious infestation within weeks. They hide in mattress seams, bed frames, and sofa cushions, so early treatment matters.

Chemical spray is the most affordable and usually needs 2 to 3 visits. Heat treatment works in a single visit for severe cases. Steam is a chemical-free option, and steam plus spray works best for repeated infestations. The technician recommends a method after inspection.

A single bedroom costs PKR 2,000 to 3,000 with chemical spray, PKR 3,000 to 4,500 with heat treatment, or PKR 4,000 to 5,500 with steam plus spray. A full 5-10 marla house costs PKR 8,000 to 18,000 depending on the method. See all bed bug prices.

Bed bugs cause skin irritation, allergic reactions, and disrupted sleep. Scratching the bites can lead to secondary skin infections.

In June, before the monsoon sets in. Mosquito numbers peak in July, and dengue cases in Lahore peak from September to October. Monthly treatment through the July to November season gives the best protection.

The Aedes aegypti mosquito that spreads dengue bites during the day, mostly from 7 to 11 AM and 4 to 7 PM. It breeds in clean standing water, such as flower pots, water coolers, and containers left outside.

Professional mosquito control reduces dengue risk by 70 to 80 percent when combined with personal prevention, such as removing standing water. Dengue prevention also needs community-wide effort, which is why we offer society-wide fogging campaigns.

A one-time indoor spray for a standard home costs PKR 4,500 to 7,500, and outdoor fogging costs PKR 4,000 to 7,000. A seasonal package of 3 sprays costs PKR 9,000 to 15,000. See all mosquito prices.

Rats, mango bugs and other pests

Rodent activity increases in the cooler months, from October to January, when rats and mice move indoors. They damage electrical wiring, contaminate food, and spread diseases, so start rodent proofing in September and October. More about rat and mice control.

Mango bug eggs begin hatching in late February. By March the bugs become active and can reach rooms, especially in homes with mango trees or gardens nearby. Treating in late February, around trees and entry points, stops them before they come indoors.

Yes. We treat flies with residual spray, bait traps, and drain treatment, ants with gel baits and nest treatment, and lizards with repellents and habitat changes. We also treat spiders, wasps, fleas, lice, silverfish, and scorpions.

Fumigation disperses treatment as a gas or fine mist to reach pests in enclosed spaces. It is used for severe infestations and commercial properties. The property must be vacated for 4 to 8 hours. More about fumigation.
