A warehouse is quiet, dark, and full of food and nesting material, which is exactly what rats and insects look for. Rodents move indoors from October to January and chew through sacks, cartons, and wiring. Stored product insects such as weevils and grain beetles spread from one infested bag to a whole stack. A monitoring program: the same stations are checked on every visit, so activity is caught early.
1. Site survey
We walk the perimeter, loading bays, racks, and stock to find entry points and any current activity. Free of charge.
2. Station map
Bait stations and traps are placed and numbered, and a written plan and quote are provided.
3. Treatment
Rodent, insect, and termite treatment, with fumigation when needed, scheduled around your loading and dispatch times.
4. Monthly checks
Every station is checked and refilled on each visit. If pests return during warranty, we re-treat at no extra cost.

Is treatment safe around stored food and grain?
Yes, when planned for your stock. Bait stations are locked and kept away from open food, and treatment methods are chosen based on what you store. Tell us exactly what is in the warehouse so we can plan safely.
Do we need to move stock for fumigation?
Usually not. Fumigation is designed to reach pests inside stacks and packaging. The warehouse must be closed and empty of people for 4 to 8 hours, which we plan around your loading and dispatch schedule.
When are rats the biggest problem?
Rodent activity rises from October to January, when rats and mice move indoors. Placing bait stations and sealing entry points in September and October stops them before they reach your stock.
How often should a warehouse have pest control?
Warehouses that store food, grain, or packaging usually need monthly monitoring. Warehouses with lower-risk stock can use a quarterly contract. We recommend a frequency after the site survey.
How much does warehouse pest control cost?
A one-time full treatment costs PKR 15,000 to 50,000, and a monthly contract costs PKR 25,000 to 80,000 per month. Rat and mice control costs PKR 12,000 to 25,000, and fumigation of a 10,000 sq ft warehouse costs PKR 14,000 to 25,000.
