I just moved into a rented portion and found bed bugs. What should I do?
Do not move your own mattress or furniture in yet, and keep your clothes sealed in bags. Take a photo of the bugs or the dark spots on the mattress and WhatsApp it to us. Treatment for a single room costs PKR 2,000 to 5,500, depending on the method.
Should a landlord or tenant pay for pest control?
That depends on your rental agreement. Many landlords treat the property between tenants, when it is empty and easiest to treat. If a problem starts during a tenancy, it is worth discussing with your landlord. We can give a written report of what we found to help.
Can you treat a whole hostel?
Yes. We inspect every room, treat the affected rooms and the rooms around them, and treat shared kitchens and washrooms for cockroaches. Regular visits stop new infestations brought in by new residents. Hostels are quoted per room after inspection.
Cockroaches come from the portion downstairs. Will treatment still work?
Treating your portion, including drains and floor traps, will sharply reduce them, but if the portion below is not treated they may keep coming back. The best results come from treating the whole house at once. Ask your landlord or neighbors to book together.
