Our house has wooden roof beams. Can termites be treated without replacing them?
In most cases, yes. If the beams are still structurally sound, we treat the wood and the entry points so the termites die off and cannot return. If a beam is badly damaged, we will tell you honestly so you can have it checked by a builder before treatment.
Do you treat servant quarters and outbuildings too?
Yes, and we recommend it. Rats and termites often live in quarters, garages, and stores, then move into the main house. Our compound plan covers every building on the property.
Is there anything we need to arrange for entry?
If your area has gated or controlled access, share the full address and any entry requirements when you book. We will plan the visit time accordingly.
Do you treat Askari apartments?
Yes. Apartments share drains and ducts, so cockroaches move between flats. We treat your flat with gel bait and drain treatment. General pest control for a 1-2 bed apartment costs PKR 3,500 to 6,500.
