Is treatment safe with small children and pets at home?
Yes, when it is done properly. We use WHO-approved and EPA-registered products, gel baits placed in cracks out of children’s reach, and odor-free termite treatment. What is included in a year-round plan?

Mosquitoes come from the park next to our house. What can we do?
We treat your lawn, planters, drains, and any standing water around the house, which cuts mosquito numbers close to home. We cannot treat public parks without permission, so it also helps to report standing water in the park to your society office.
Ants keep coming into our kitchen. Will spraying help?
Spraying only kills the ants you see. We use slow-acting gel baits that workers carry back to the nest, so the whole colony, including the queen, is eliminated. See our ant control page for details.
