We treat the soil and wood to stop them, for houses being built and houses already standing, with a 5 to 10 year written warranty.
We check every wooden fitting and show you what we find before quoting.
Termites live in the soil under and around your house. They travel up through cracks in floors and walls, often inside thin mud tubes, and eat wood from the inside out. A door frame can look perfect while it is hollow inside.
Lahore’s warm soil suits them well. They become active in April, swarm after the first monsoon rain, and the damage often shows between October and January. Sprays from the market only kill the termites you can see. Lasting control means treating the soil the colony lives in, and the wood it is eating.
Seen one of these? Do not break the mud tubes or spray them. WhatsApp us a photo so we can see the activity as it is.
Thin lines of dried mud running up walls, skirting, or pipes. Termites build them to travel without drying out.
Door frames, skirting, or cupboards that sound hollow when tapped, or give way under light pressure.
Small piles of discarded wings near windows and lights after the first monsoon rain, left by swarming termites.
Doors and windows that suddenly stick, or paint that bubbles and cracks on wooden surfaces.
Which one you need depends on whether the house is still being built. Both come with a 5 to 10 year written warranty.
Done at the foundation stage, before the floor is laid. The soil under and around the structure is treated so termites cannot come up into the house.
For houses already standing. Small holes are drilled along floor edges and walls, termiticide is injected into the soil beneath, and the holes are sealed.
We check every wooden fitting, the floors, walls, and garden, and show you where termites are active.
A clear price for your house size and treatment type, with the warranty period in writing.
Soil treatment to stop the colony, plus direct treatment of the wood being eaten.
If termites return during the warranty, we come back and re-treat at no extra cost.

No. Termite treatment is odor-free, so you can stay at home. Keep children and pets away from the rooms being worked on until the treatment is finished and the holes are sealed.
Termites can be treated at any time of year. Many people book in March or April, before termites become active and swarm after the first monsoon rain. For a new house, the right time is the foundation stage, before the floor is laid.
Often, yes. If the wood is still solid, treating the piece stops the damage from spreading. Furniture treatment costs PKR 2,000 to 8,000 per piece. If a piece is badly hollowed, we will tell you honestly before treating it.
Sprays only kill the termites you can see. The colony lives in the soil under the house and keeps sending more. Lasting control needs soil treatment that stops the colony, plus treatment of the wood being eaten.
